GLENDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Glendale police are looking for an armed man who they say carjcacked a citizen.
The Glendale Police Department says the armed suspect was spotted at the scene of a car fire near 63rd Avenue and Orangewood at 7:18 a.m. on Thursday.

The suspect had a gun holstered and was carrying a bag and when officers tried to make contact with him, he carjacked a white 2001 four-door Chevrolet Prism with rear tail light damage and an Arizona license plate BHH1810.

Officers began pursuing the suspect, who was last seen near 59th Avenue and Thomas Road.
The suspect is described as a 25-year-old Hispanic man, 5'5," 130 pounds and with possible facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black hat, grey shirt, blue jeans and was carrying a duffel bag with numerous tattoos on his chest.
Police say the suspect is armed and dangerous and should not be approached if seen. If you see the suspect or the vehicle, dial 911 immediately.
