T - olive oil
1 glove garlic, crushed
4 oz. lobster meat
4 oz. heavy cream
2 T each- mascarpone cheese, white cheddar, pepperjack cheese
Panko crumps and white cheddar cheese to top
In a sauté pan add tablespoon of olive oil and a glove of garlic crushed.
Add 4oz of lobster meat. Cook, add 4oz heavy cream, 2 T mascarpone cheese, white cheddar and pepperjack cheese.
Reduce til sauce is thickened.
Add blanched elbow macaroni.
Mix all ingredients.
Add to baking dish. Add panko crumbs, shredded white cheddar to top. Add cooked claw on top for garnish.
Bake til bubbly hot and crust is golden.
