1 large pineapple
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tsp diced onion
1 tsp diced cilantro
8 jumbo shrimp
1 tsp sweet thai chili
1 tsp pineapple salsa
dash salt
dash pepper
dash granulated garlic

Roasted Hatch Green Chili Salsa en Mocajete

1 large hatch green chili
5 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1-3 jalepenos
1-3 caribe chilis
1 tbs onion
dash salt
dash pepper
dash granulated garlic

Towels for skinning
Mocajete for grinding
