Recipe: Spiral Cut Ham with Sriracha Chipotle Glaze

Chef Danielle Morris of Earnest restaurant in Chandler shares how to make a honey baked ham and cut it in the spiral style that's so popular for Christmas day dinner.

Spiral Cut Ham with Sriracha Chipotle Glaze

1/4 can chipotle, pureed
1/4 c Sriracha sauce
1/4 # butter, melted
1 c honey
1/2 c cream
1/4 c brown sugar
1 c chicken stock
1 stem rosemary

Mix chipotle through brown sugar in bowl. Coat ham with glaze, getting in between the cuts. Put ham into a plastic turkey cooking bag and add stock, rosemary and remaining glaze to the bottom of the bag before sealing. Follow the bag manufacturer's instructions for use. Warm ham in oven per instructions on ham (usually about 15 min per pound at 275.)
