Recipe: Chef Jon Paul's Hangover Soup

- Need to kick that New Year's hangover? Chef Jon Paul has the perfect cure with his hangover soup. (1-1-16)

Hangover soup

1 gal chicken broth
1 chicken
I head garlic peeled
1 large onion diced
6 carrots dice
6 ribs of celery diced

Simmer until the chicken falls off of the bone. Pick off the meat and return to soup, discard the bones.
Combine;
2 eggs
½ cup parm, grated
pour into simmering soup
Sides
2 cups each
cooked pasta
kale or spinach chopped
grated parm
croutons

Condiments
Horseradish
Mustard
Hot sauces
Grated parm
