Bacon Wrapped Chilis Stuffed with Tequila Lime Infused Cheese
1 lb. center cut bacon
6 hatch chilis
1 lb cream cheese
2 cups cheddar or jack cheese
4 oz lime infused tequila
2 oz blended jalepeno
Mix cream cheese and cheddar or jack cheese with blended jalepeno and infused tequila. Allow to set.
Stuff cheese mix inside chili and wrap in bacon.
Close with toothpicks and bake for 40 minutes on 425 oven or until crisp
Remove toothpicks and serve
Strawberry Tequila Jello
1 pack strawberries
10 oz sugar
1 box strawberry jello
8 oz tequila
10 oz strawberry infused tequila
Make jello with infused tequila and set aside. Hollow out strawberries and line the rims with sugar. Fill the strawberries with jello mixture and allow to set in fridge.
