State Route 89 in Prescott has reopened after it was shut down on Saturday morning for a deadly crash.
Police say 45-year-old Todd Fuller from Chino Valley was killed in the crash on SR89. Prescott Police say Fuller's vehicle veered off the road for an unknown reason, and he crashed into a tree and was thrown from the car. Fuller was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
SR 89 was closed in both directions from mileposts 316 to 319, between SR 89A (Pioneer Parkway) and Willow Creek Road, according to City of Prescott spokesperson Amy Bonney.
Drivers used SR 89A (Pioneer Parkway) and SR 89S (Fain Road) to get around the closure. Prescott Police are working to identify the next-of-kin of any crash victims.
