Reward offered to find pharmacy robbery suspect

Police are offering a reward to help find a suspect involved in a robbery at a Valley pharmacy.

Sgt. Jamie Rothschild, a spokesperson for Silent Witness, says the man entered Melrose Pharmacy near Indian School & 7th Avenue at about 11:30am on March 30th of this year. He says the suspect handed the employee a note demanding prescription medication. The worker gave him medication and took koff.

Police say the suspect is described as a 30-year-old man, five feet, eleven inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark beanie cap, aviator sunglasses and a light blue or green T-shirt with images of VW buses on it.
