Bus drivers, transit workers threat strike during Super Bowl week

There could be a huge snag for people trying to get around the Valley during the Super Bowl.

Phoenix bus drivers and airport transit workers are threatening to strike during Super Bowl week unless the city and their union can agree on a contract after three days of negotiation.

City leaders are monitoring the situation and working with first transit to try and prevent a strike.  A representative with the union tells Fox 10 they have already given the city 72-hour strike notice before service disruptions.
