The victim's husband is a country music songwriter from Nashville and the songs were unreleased. She's asking her neighbors to look for the suspected thief who took off with her belongings.
"We have this music that's ton's of money in royalties if this music is published," said Kristin Anderson.
It's why a recent string of break-in's on her block that her her determined to catch the thief. She says whoever broke into her truck twice took the iPad with unpublished music her husband wrote.
"These are songs that he's written from the heart, and their his songs, and to have them out now just floating around," she said.At the Anderson family's vehicles he took two handguns and the iPad with music.
Police describe the thief as a white male, 18-20 years old, dark hair, a gray sweater, and red shoes. She's asking neighbors to keep an eye out for the thief who took her family's music.
"It's not only the emotional turmoil that he puts people in, it's financial turmoil," said Anderson.
