Man pleads not guilty in Facebook porn photo case

A Phoenix man pleaded not guilty to charges that he stole pictures of his friend's 9-year-old daughter and then posted them to a child-pornography website.

Christopher Madill appeared before a judge Monday. Federal investigators discovered the non-nude photos on a Russian child porn website and traced them back to Madill.

Investigators then contact the girls' mother who was horrified to learn that her daughter's pictures were being used in that way.

She says Madill is a former high school classmate, and that the photos were stolen from her Facebook page.

Detectives also found other images of child porn on Madill's computer and cell phone.

His next court date is on March 27, 2015.
