Yuma deputies seek help after armed robbery

Deputies in Yuma need help identifying someone involved in an armed robbery.

Sgt. Samuel Pavlak tells Fox 10 News that the robbery occurred on the morning of Sunday, February 22, around 7:00 a.m., at the Baron Fuels convenience store, located at 2315 E. Highway 95.

The teller told deputies that the suspect entered the store with a handgun and demanded money from the store clerk. The suspect then took the money and immediately left the store, according to Pavlak.

The store clerk described the suspect as a male, light complexion, clean shaven, approximately 5' 06" and 155 lbs, wearing a black shirt, black pants, black and white gloves, and a black baseball cap with white lettering.

The clerk also told deputies that the suspect arrived and departed on a red BMX style bicycle, Pavlak said.

No one was injured during the robbery.
