Man arrested after taunting deputies on Facebook

A 21-year-old man was arrested after replying to a Facebook post about the warrant out for his arrest.

Butler County Sheriff's Office posted Andrew Marcum's photos on their Facebook page on Monday as part of their featured warrant of the week.

Marcum was wanted for alleged burglary/safe-cracking, abduction, assault, domestic violence, criminal endangering and bench warrants.

He commented on the post saying, "I ain't tripping half of them don't even know me."

Deputies countered his comment by replying, "If you could stop by the Sheriff's Office, that'd be great."

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones sent a tweet to Marcum that said, "Hey Andrew Marcum we've got your room ready..." with a photo of a jail cell. The sheriff's department updated their page on Tuesday night with Marcum's mugshot. He reportedly turned himself in.
