It happened in Gilbert near Ray and Recker Road.
She came forward because she is afraid the guy will strike again. After groping her, he grabbed her business cards and fliers before walking out.
"Humiliated, embarrassed that I let that happen to me, I know how to protect myself, I know how to box, I've taken self defense courses, I mad mace with me, I had a knife with me, I didn't use any of it," said the victim.
She's now fighting back by telling her story, hoping to stop this guy from hurting another realtor.
It happened Sunday during an open house in the Gardens subdivision in Gilbert.
The realtor said she did not have a good feeling about him from the moment he walked in.
"He said he was from Canada, he owned a few properties in Canada and had gotten a job in the State of Arizona and he was working Chandler, so he needed to close on a house quickly," she said.
As he looked around the house and was asking questions, she says he asked if she was alone, and if she'd had a pedicure recently. He then fondled her.
"He had my completely pressed against a wall, he had god awful breath, I couldn't stop staring at his skin, it was so close to me and disgusting," said the victim.
She said the victim is a white man in his 40's or 50's, light brown or blonde hair, with a tattoo of a knife on his right forearm.
"He just walked away like no big deal, no rush to get out of there, no nothing, he just took off," she said.
After posting her story on a Facebook page for Valley realtors, she got a call from another agent who believes the same guy tried to get into her open house in East Mesa last weekend.
"This guy is out there, and he could do it to someone else," said the victim.
Gilbert Police are investigating, they say so far this appears to be an isolated incident.
