Ashley Brady wrote to the Amputee Coalition of America saying she had lost her leg over the summer and is still trying to adjust to her new life.
She requested a handicap parking spot at her apartment, but had to wait months because the ground was frozen almost all winter.
Brady claims she had the spot two days when a woman, who is not handicapped and does not have special plates, parked in it.
She left her a note explaining her situation and told the woman she felt her actions were disrespectful. Brady warned the woman she would be towed if it happened again.
Brady claims she received the note above in return.
It reads: "Hey handicap! First, never place your hands on my car again! Second, honey you ain't the only one with "struggles." You want pity go to a one leg support group! You messed with the wrong one! I don't care what your note said shove it, but you touch my car again I will file a report, I am not playing! I let the office know the cry baby one leg touches my property I will cause trouble so go cry your struggles to someone who cares cause I'm walking away with both mine!!!!!! -B****"
According to WKEF in Ohio, Brady filed a grievance with Miamisburg police. Management at the apartment complex have not yet decided on a course of action for the incident.
