For the first time, FOX 10 is hearing the 9-1-1 call Jerice Hunter made to report her 5-year-old daughter missing.

Hunter is now on trial, accused of abusing and killing her daughter.

The call was played for the jury in court Thursday. Hunter's dad who was kicked out of court on Wednesday for laughing, was back in court and he had a very different reaction.

Jerice Hunter: "Hello, hello, hello, I need an officer at my house, I can't find my daughter."

Jerice Hunter stared straight ahead as her 9-1-1 call was played in court, her father sat in the courtroom crying.

Hunter: "She can't be far, I wasn't gone that long."
911: "Is there a pool in the complex, have you looked in the pool?"
Hunter: Yeah, she is not in the pool."

Prosecutors say Hunter faked the call reporting her 5-year-old daughter Jhessye missing. Police believe that days before that call, Hunter killed Jhessye and put her body in a suitcase, then threw that suitcase in a dumpster. Jhessye's body has never been found.

The school attendance clerk also testified and said that Jhessye hadn't been to school for more than two weeks before she was reported missing. The clerk said Hunter gave her different reasons why Jhessye couldn't come to school.

"I was told she had a doctors appointment... I had a voicemail that said she missed the bus... I had a voicemail stating that Jhessye had ringworm and pink eye," said Attendance Clerk Susan Holm.

A police sergeant also testified and said a few weeks after Jhessye was reported missing, that Hunter called 9-1-1 to say she wasn't getting the money raised to help search for her daughter.

Hunter's attorneys continue to point out that Jhessye's body was never found, even after a 3-month landfill search.
