Police need community's help tracking down Subway burglar

In today's Silent Witness, we are getting exclusive images of a man who police believe robbed a subway store in Phoenix.

The burglary happened back in 2013, but police still need your help finding the suspect.
 
Authorities say that on Sunday, October 13th, 2013 at 9:15 p.m. a man entered the Subway located at 1610 North 36th Street in Phoenix and ordered a sandwich. The man gave the clerk money, but while the register was opened, the suspect leaned over the counter and stole money from the register.

He then grabbed his sandwich before exiting the store.

Police describe the man as a black man, five-foot-10-inches tall and weighing 300 pounds. He had brown eyes and a mustache and was wearing a grey shirt and red shoes at the time of the burglary.
