Sheriff's Office: Man arrested in killing during argument

PHOENIX (AP) - Maricopa County authorities have arrested a 39-year-old man in the shooting death of another man during an argument.

Scott Stradling was arrested Wednesday night in the killing Saturday of 57-year-old William Henry Harrison at Stradling's home in the Apache Junction area.

Online records indicate Stradling was booked into jail Thursday on suspicion of first-degree murder and criminal trespassing and that he didn't have an attorney when he made an initial court appearance.

A court document said Stradling told investigators that Harrison was shot after Stradling demanded that Harrison leave a motorhome on property owned by Stradling's father.

Harrison had been staying in the motorhome.
