That perfectly describes The High Roller, a 550 foot tall Ferris Wheel that towers over the Las Vegas Strip.
Add an open bar, room for dozens of friends, and you better hang on for the ride.
Leave it to Las Vegas to make a Ferris Wheel that is a party in the sky. It's called the High Roller at Caesars LINQ Hotel.
At 55 stories it's the highest observation wheel in the world.
Hude cabins on the wheel hold dozens of people at a time, giving them a 30 minute ride towering high above the Vegas strip, giving incredible views.
"It's a fabulous attraction and it is the only one designed like it in the world," said Eric Eberhart with High Roller.
Eberhart was hired from Disney to be the general manager of the ride. He says since it opened last year it has been a big hit.
"People love it, you get people who see it when they ride in and say, I gotta ride it," he said.
And the views up top of the desert and mountains surrounding Las Vegas are amazing.
It's the place where people come to let loose, so the high roller lets you gewt your party on.
"This is our happy half hour, they get to enjoy fabulous views with an alcoholic beverage," said Eberhart. Or 3, or 4, it's an open bar, with a bumping sound system and video screens.
It costs about $27 to ride the High Roller during the day, $37 at night, and add $10 and you can ride in the open bar car.
