Amber Alert lifted: Missing 12-year-old girl found with 22-year-old stepbrother

An Amber Alert has been lifted for a 12-year-old girl after she and her 22-year-old stepbrother reportedly left under suspicious circumstances on Sunday.

Both were found in Northern Arizona Monday afternoon.

Cassidy Hayes left with Michael Malloch Jr. from Cathedral City, Calif., around 6 a.m. on Sunday.

Authorities say Malloch wrote a suicidal letter saying he cannot live without "her."  He has since been taken into custody.

The two were spotted at a gas station in Munds Park, Ariz., on Monday at 9:15 a.m.

Hayes is described as 5'03", 115 Lbs., hazel eyes and red hair, however, it appears her hair has been dyed a dark color, according to recent video footage.

Malloch is described as a while male adult, 5'10", 165 Lbs., brown eyes and brown hair. He is believed to be driving a 2002 gold Subaru Legacy with California plate- 7HYS582.
