Police said that 55-year-old Jane Pablo, of Litchfield Park, was hit by a vehicle Thursday around 12:40 a.m. near Litchfield and Camelback roads.
According to authorities, Pablo was in the roadway for an unknown reason when the car was traveling northbound on Litchfield.
