Apache Junction man gets 323-year term in child porn case

FLORENCE, Ariz. (AP) - An Apache Junction man faces 323 years in prison after being sentenced in Pinal County Superior Court a child pornography case.

The County Attorney's Office says 43-year-old Scott Bauer was sentenced Monday on his convictions on 19 counts of sexual exploitation.

According to the office, the case began when Homeland Security agents found an Internet chat room with pictures of child pornography. Agents traced the IP address to Bauer's Apache Junction home.
