Arizona voter registration numbers up by 11K since November

PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona's voter registration numbers are up by about 11,000 since the last report in November.

The Secretary of State's Office says the state has more than 3.24 million registered voters as of January.

Independents continue to be the largest numbers of registered voters in the state with nearly 1.16 million.

State officials say registered Republicans have 1.11 million voters with registered Democrats at more than 933,000 and Libertarians at 26,000.
