Authorities: Golden Valley man accused of 5th DUI in 5 years

KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities in northwestern Arizona say a Golden Valley man has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving for the fifth time in five years.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies say they took 41-year-old Brandon Moore into custody Saturday night after seeing his vehicle drift into oncoming traffic.

Moore's car was pulled over and deputies say they smelled alcohol.

They say Moore admitted to having one beer earlier in the day.

Following field sobriety tests, Moore was transported to the sheriff's office where blood-alcohol tests allegedly showed a level at .115 percent.

A records check shows Moore was arrested on DUI charges in 2010, 2011 and twice in 2014.

Moore is accused of aggravated DUI-suspended license and aggravated DUI with three or more DUIs.

It's unclear if he has a lawyer yet.
