GUADALUPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Authorities are investigating an early-morning shooting in Guadalupe on Wednesday.
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office tells Fox 10 that 44-year-old Roy Uriate was found shot by sheriff's deputies at 2:30 a.m.
Detectives say the gun has not been found, but one spent shell casing was found in a nearby alley
Uriate is in stable condition, but he is not cooperating with detectives and will not give authorities any information about the shooting.
Witnesses at the scene told deputies they did not see the suspect.
The suspect in the shooting is not in custody and remains on the loose.
