2 people in serious condition following plane crash

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Two people are in serious condition following a plane crash in Phoenix on Wednesday.

The Phoenix Fire Department says the victims have been transported to a nearby hospital in serious, but stable condition after the plane crashed near 43rd Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.

Officials say they responded to the scene after receiving a 9-1-1 call saying that an aircraft was down in the area.
