The man was struck by lightning while riding his horse near Buckeye in April.
 
Jaime Santana spent four and a half months in the hospital after being struck by lightning.
 
After he was struck, Robert Bieber performed CPR on Santana. Bieber says his skills from being a volunteer firefighter for 18 years kicked in.
