Company denies there's any issue with its water

- Johnson Utilities denied Friday that its water contained excessive levels of nitrate, following a decision by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality to issue a drinking water warning.

On Friday, the ADEQ released a statement, saying they learned that Johnson Utilities water in Pinal County exceeded the Federal drinking water standard for nitrate. The water, according to ADEQ, is safe to drink by adults and children six months of age or older, but it poses a health risk to infants that could be fatal.
