Reward offered in Phoenix convenience store robbery

- Police are offering a reward to help find four teenagers accused of robbing a west Valley Circle K.

Sgt. James Rothschild with Silent Witness says the four teens came into a Circle K store near 43rd Avenue and Thomas at 11:25pm on Wednesday, October 26th.  In surveillance video released by Silent Witness, the young men can be seen going behind the counter.  They pushed the clerk against the counter and demanded cash, so the worker complied, police say, and the suspects then stole bus passes and cigarettes.

The four suspects ran toward townhomes in the area of 43rd Avenue.  Surveillance images of the young men have been released, and they are described as 16 to 19 years old, African-American, wearing blue or black hooded sweatshirts and carrying backpacks.  Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
