A shooting at a Halloween party over the weekend left one man dead, and a teen injured. There were several hundred people at the party, but so far no leads on who pulled the trigger. Now the victim's family is making a plea for help in identifying the suspect.

The Phoenix Police Department spokesperson Officer James Holmes says it's disappointing that not one of the 300-500 people attending the party came forward with any information, but he says he has faith in the citizens of Phoenix.

The mother and sister of 24-year-old Rigoberto Andaloza made an emotional plea to the public for any information on the person responsible for his death. His sister Sahira said Rigoberto was a good boy, who worked and was not into parties. She said the only one who knew that he was attending the party was their little brother. Inbetween her sobs his sister asked one question: why would someone do this?

"Please give information, if anybody knows something, pictures, videos, there was a whole lot of people there. Somebody has to know something, to please come and give the information so that we can rest, and my brother's soul can rest as well," said Sahira Andaloza.

The other teen injured is recovering in the hospital.

Anyone with information is asked to call Phoenix Police, or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
