PHOENIX - Police are offering a reward to help find a man accused of firing at a person outside a smoke shop and opening fire at an apartment complex.
Officers say on Thursday, August 27th at about 10:15am at a Glendale smoke shop, the suspect fired several rounds at a person inside a vehicle, after the victim's girlfriend refused to speak with him.
Police also say that on Friday, September 25th, the same person fired several rounds into the air from the courtyard of an apartment complex in Phoenix.
Police say the suspect drove a grey Chrysler, 2000's model, which was spotted at one of the incidents. They describe the suspect as a 23-year-old Hispanic man, five feet five inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on his right forearm.
Police say the two incidents happened at a smoke shop near 51st Ave. & Glendale, and a Phoenix apartment complex at 19th Ave. & Glendale.
