75-year-old man arrested, charged with child porn

WICKENBURG, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A 75-year-old convicted sex offender was arrested on suspicion of child porn.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says Gordon Pryor was arrested after a computer crimes investigation determined that he downloaded hundreds of images of young boys performing sexual acts.

Pryor is a registered sex offender from California, were he was convicted in 1988 for sex acts with a child under the age of 14.

"This former airline mechanic apparently did not learn his lesson in '88 when he had his first conviction and registration as a sex offender," Sheriff Joe Arpaio said.

Pryor has been charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

He has been booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail.
