TEMPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Tempe Police say they have arrested a man who drove his kids by a Planned Parenthood protest and let them spray the protesters with tomato juice.
Authorities say 34-year-old David Turner after one of the victims saw his license plate.
Inside the vehicle were Turner's friend, his 14-year-old daughter, and 16-year-old son. Investigators believe the 14-year-old girl used a "Super Soaker" filled with tomato juice to spray the protesters.
Turner is facing charges of disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His 14-year-old daughter was referred for misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct. His son was referred for disorderly conduct.
