The suspect in the shooting of Gonzales, Richard Paz Garcia, is still on the loose. Police say Garcia shot and killed Gonzales at an apartment complex near 12th Street and Indian School last weekend.

After the shooting, Huerta and her 1-year-old child, disappeared from the scene. The baby was later found unharmed.

Police say Garcia gave the child and gun to relatives, admitted to the murder and then disappeared. Huerta is believed to be with Garcia and she is considered to be an endangered person.
