GLENDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Glendale police are investigating a kidnapping report from a 911 caller, who said she was approached from behind while walking in the area of 68th Avenue and Butler Drive.
"The male suspect then dragged her away into a nearby complex (not into an apartment). He was able to remove some of her clothing in what seems to be an attempted sexual assault. He suddenly stopped and walked away," stated Sgt. David Vidaure.
Officers are holding a perimeter in the area and describe the suspect as a heavy set 30-year-old black male with a short afro, wearing all black clothing, including a sweatshirt and gloves.
