PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- ADOT officials say the northbound lanes of I-17 are back open at Deer Valley, after a police incident resulted in its closure Friday afternoon.
During the closure, ADOT officials ordered all traffic to leave the freeway at Rose Garden. Transition ramps from the Loop 101 Pima freeway were also closed.
Officials did not elaborate as to the nature of the police incident.
Southbound lanes were not affected, according to ADOT officials.
