Arizona school voucher expansion: Foes say they can block new law

PHOENIX - It's a grassroots campaign called "Save Our Schools" and the group believes it will be able to block a private school voucher expansion bill from going into effect on Wednesday in Arizona.

The group says it has gathered enough signatures to put that law, signed by Governor Doug Ducey on hold.
