Armed man shuts down I-10

- An armed man was arrested on I-10 Friday night near Casa Grande.

Troopers with the Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say are suspect tried carjacking a driver near the Love's Truck Stop on I-10 at about 7:30pm Friday.  

I-10 was shut down in both directions while police investigated.  Eloy Police and a deputy with the Pinal County Sheriff's Office also responded.  Police caught up with the suspect on the overpass armed with a silver handgun.  He was standing on the outer edge of a guardrail, and officers were concerned the man might jump, according to Eloy Police.
The suspect's girlfriend was brought to the scene, and the suspect was then taken into custody.  The suspect is identified at 25-year-old Anthony Molina of Casa Grande.  He's facing several felony charges, including aggravated assault and endangerment.
