Authorities need help identifying man

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Authorities need help identifying a man who was found dead in the Salt River bed.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says the man was found dead near 67th Avenue and Southern on November 17.

The victim is described as having black, short buzz cut hair, 6'0" and 220 pounds. He was wearing an "AX" Armani Exchange black baseball cap and a grey T-shirt with black, short sleeves and the words "American" written in white letters on the front of the T-shirt.

The victim also had black, blue and red knee-length plaid short pants, red underwear with black leopard print and black Nike running shoes. He has no tattoos or obvious identifying marks.
