According to the Buckeye Police Department, a SWAT team and detectives served a search warrant at a home in the Sundance Community of Buckeye near Interstate 10 and Watson Road on January 23, after receiving reports that several stolen weapons may be inside.
Detectives seized an AR-15, that possibly was stolen from a burglary last year, body armor containing steel ballistic plates, ammunition for several weapons and other accessories.
Police arrested 29-year-old Victor Larios and his younger brother, 20-year-old Daniel Figueroa.
Both men are prohibited from possessing firearms due to a prior felon conviction.
They were booked into jail on felony charges.
Police say Figueroa also had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
