BUCKEYE, Ariz. (KSAZ) -- Buckeye Police say a 10-month-old has been flown to the hospital, after the baby was found in a pool.
According to Donna Rossi with the Buckeye Police Department, police and fire crews were called to the 25000 block of W. Dove Ridge for a reported drowning at around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon. When crews arrived on scene, they found an adult man performing CPR on the baby. The baby was then flown to Phoenix Children's Hospital in critical condition.
Rossi said, in her statement, that it is unclear how the baby gained access to the pool, or how long the child was in the pool before being discovered.
