Scottsdale police: 3 burglary crew suspects now in custody

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Three suspects have been arrested in connection with seven residential burglaries in Scottsdale and surrounding cities.

Scottsdale police say the burglaries occurred between April 2015 and January 2016.

Five of the burglaries were in Scottsdale with one each in Phoenix and Glendale.

Police say losses totaled more than $36,000.

Police say 39-year-old Quinn Everett O'Neill, 33-year-old Andrew Ray Ayres and 26-year-old Christopher Ryan Forbes-Watkins are in custody.

O'Neill, Ayres and Forbes-Watkins were booked into jail on five counts each of second-degree burglary, taking the identity of another and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Police say a home in south Scottsdale was burglarized last April.

They say the victim's home was equipped with surveillance cameras which captured O'Neill inside the home and that helped lead to the suspects' arrests.
