TEMPE, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- Court documents show a Chandler man has been charged with multiple offenses, after he allegedly touched himself inappropriately at ASU's Noble Library.
The incident happened on January 26, and the suspect, identified as 25-year-old Edrick Lassalle Soto, was arrested on February 1 at the Chandler home he shares with his brother. Court documents say in the incident, the suspect went into Noble Library and began to touch himself inappropriately while sitting next to two victims. Soto was identified by the two victims in a photo line-up.
Court documents say Soto now has three cases for the same alleged crimes in a short period time, and had been previously convicted for the same crime. Soto, in this incident, has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of public sexual indecency. All are listed as misdemeanors.
