CHANDLER, Ariz. (KSAZ) - It's happened again, and this time, with a fake baby.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says a motorcycle trooper stopped a woman for driving in the HOV lane of a Valley freeway with a baby doll in her car.
Another One Busted! On Sept 11th at 5:40 p.m., one of our motor troopers stopped a driver for an HOV Lane violation on the e/b side of L-202 San Tan near Alma School. DPS says the woman was driving along eastbound Loop 202 Santan near Alma School Road when she was stopped by a trooper.
The woman told the trooper she was on her way to pick up her grandchild.
Earlier this month, a driver was cited for driving with a mannequin in the HOV lane along the Loop 202 in Phoenix.
