Details surrounding Goodyear teacher's sexual misconduct with student revealed

- Court documents related to a Goodyear school teacher accused of sexual misconduct with a minor have been released.

According to the documents, 27-year-old Brittany Ann Zamora is charged with multiple counts of felony sexual conduct with a minor, as well as two counts of molesting a child, and a count of transmitting obscene material. In court Friday, Zamora pleaded with a judge to be released, saying she would love to go home to her husband.

According to court documents, the boy's parents found Instagram messages between him and Zamora. In some of the messages, the two stated they missed and loved each other.

The documents detailed other alleged misconducts, including the messages sent between Zamora and the victim. The messages, which were included in court documents, are graphic, and talked about specific sex acts.

In addition, documents state the alleged victim told his parents that sexual acts were performed on him by Zamora in the classroom on March 8, and inside Zamora's car in February, while the car was in Tolleson.

Court documents state that during a phone call, Zamora apologized to the alleged victim's parents, but never actually said she had sex with the alleged victim, and assured the parents that she was not pregnant. Zamora was arrested shortly after the phone call, during a traffic shop.

According to documents, Zamora and her husband also pleaded, unsuccessfully, with the alleged victim's father to not call the police, and handle the issue formally.
