DPS trooper injured in three-vehicle collision on I-10

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - An Arizona Department of Public Safety motorcycle trooper has been injured in a crash on Interstate 10 on Thursday morning.

DPS tells Fox 10 that the three-vehicle crash happened on westbound I-10 at 43rd Avenue. The Arizona Department of Transportation says the westbound lanes were partially blocked due to the crash.

All westbound lanes were re-opened just after 10 a.m.

The trooper was rushed to a local hospital following the crash where he is in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
