PHOENIX (FOX 10) - The FBI says an Arizona bank robbery suspect known as the "Biddy Bandit" has been arrested.
According to the FBI, 56-year-old Elizabeth Ainslie was arrested in Phoenix on March 12. She has been charged with three bank robberies and two attempted bank robberies, which occurred between August 4 and December 18 of last year.
Authorities say her crime spree started at a Chase Bank in Phoenix and she is also responsible for robbing a bank in Mesa and banks in Tempe and Peoria.
The FBI says an anonymous tip led to her arrest.
No one was injured during any of the robberies.
