SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Scottsdale city officials have revealed a set of 10 final designs for the city's official flag.
In October 2017, FOX 10 Phoenix reported on the efforts, which began as an idea by a high school student. According to a statement released by the City of Scottsdale Thursday, more than 260 design concepts were submitted, and six designs were chosen by the city's Neighborhood Advisory Commission, while a city staff t eam selected the other four.
The public, according to city officials, can weigh in on the designs by February 28, after which the City Council is expected to consider public feedback, as well as commission and staff input before deciding on whether to select one of the designs.
