The fire was declared contained by Phoenix Fire officials at approximately 4:30 p.m., and fire crews reportedly had to battle high winds, as well as various fuels in the form of plastics, tires, metal, upholstery, and tanks that previously contained highly flammable materials.

A firefighter reportedly had to be taken to the hospital as a precaution, since he was showing signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion. That firefighter is expected to be released Monday evening.
