Gordon Fire grows to 400 acres

The Gordon Fire has burned almost 400 acres in Mohave County. It's burning near Bullhead City near the California state line. Crews say the fire started near 3 p.m. Friday, and it's moving through hundred of acres with zero containment.

Crews are trying to fight the blaze, but sixty homes on Gordon Drive and the farm housing on Boundary Cone have been ordered to evacuate. The flames are moving north near Willow Valley.

So far there are no reports of injuries, and no structures have been damaged. Fire officials have ordered 20 engines and 60 firefighters to fight the blaze. A helicopter has also been requested.

The cause is under investigation. Brush and strong winds are fueling the blaze.
